Since childhood, I have always had a passion and yearning for learning. That passion has not lessened, in fact, it has only become stronger. I am the geeky friend, the one who loves learning new things all the time. I enjoy playing random trivia games that allow me to learn random tidbits of cool information. While attending Dillard University, I began to notice that I had a strong skill in teaching. In my opinion, the best way to determine if you truly grasp information is whether or not you can successfully teach that information to someone else. I love working with others and assisting them in accomplishing their academic goals and dreams. I enjoy the look on a student's face when they grasp and fully comprehend the material I have taught them. Teaching is not only rewarding and fulfilling, it is also fun. While I love all types of subjects, I am truly dedicated to chemistry and biochemistry. In time, I hope to become a full time college professor for one of these two subjects. I value knowledge and always will. I love passing on my knowledge to others, in hopes that they will use what they have learned from me.
