I feel that my youthful enthusiasm is exactly what is required to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals and realize their full potential. Science, which is my specialty, can often seem difficult to many students, and I have become extremely proficient with showing my students just how fun and interesting science can be. I hold a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Akron. I have spent much of my time during my undergraduate studies working as a tutor. In total, I have spent over 300 hours working as a tutor through various programs at my university. I specialized in teaching college-level students the advanced concepts of Chemistry and Biology. In addition, I have served as a Learning Assistant for entire semesters of Anatomy & Physiology and Biology courses. My specialties are Biology, Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, and general Science topics. When I'm not studying or tutoring, I like to spend my spare time researching new and innovative scientific breakthroughs, hiking, playing soccer, and swimming.
